MotionBend 1.4 New Features

In MotionBend 1.4 we have added support for reading more formats. In particular we wanted to add support for AVCHD MTS (MPEG Transport Stream) because it’s annoying to have to use some other software to convert the video before editing. Usually this is a simple re-mux to MP4 and does not involve further loss of quality, but still, it’s annoying. Now you can simply load the MTS directly into MotionBend.

MotionBend Good to Go on Mavericks

After testing MotionBend 1.3.6 on the Mavericks developer preview the only thing we could find wrong with it was that a slightly different font was being used. Now that the final version of Mavericks has been publicly released we have made a fix for the font change and now MotionBend is fully ready for work.

MotionBend 1.3 Released

MotionBend 1.3 is now available to download. The big changes are concerned with moving to a 64 bit application but there have been many improvements to the methods used and the user interface. All things considered, this is a big improvement on 1.2.7. But don’t worry, we haven’t finished yet – we have a very long list of things we want to do to make MotionBend the best video stabilization/motion editing application.
